Illustration training document

Due to my specialized training in creating illustrations for design projects, I developed a training document to help other designers interested in pursuing these projects. This training also helped create a base line for project managers and leaders in understanding how to structure these types of projects. The framework of the training follows the framework of our typical production schedule. It starts from the project kick off call with the client, moves on to how to scope the project, and then goes over how to structure the revision process. I made sure to include illustration projects I completed to give real examples that fit within this production schedule as well as additional materials to help further learning. I offered both a narrated audio as well as written speaker notes to allow flexibility in digesting the information.
